I did one similar but instead of scraping I just keep an “action” sheet that i copy my exported leads into so I can be more visual with the leads I’m generating for. Then I use perplexity for the research but it’s definitely more expensive at like one cent per action.
Lately I’m finding that gpt is pretty decent at scraping a website itself.
I also make good use of the OpenAI text parse module, you can set a cheap model to it and it works great. I have my main AI output the asset/email in html formatting them the parse AI to separate the contents.
I’m beginning to doubt that Nick is human, that work ethic and consistency is admirable. He posts two videos a day on his two YouTube channels every day. I feel blessed and grateful to live in such a time.

He went over his actual process a few days ago. Basically, his process is so dialed in that he has his idea generation and script outline automated and feeds him everything he needs to just sit down and hit record.
Then his post-production is also automated that it only takes him less than 10 minutes per video to prepare for publication.
So, it’s not that he works more than others, he just optimizes for his own recording time, and everything else before and after is so automated that none of that gets in the way of his productivity.
Definitely take a look a few days back, it’s well worth the watch.

Hi Nick, I just built a cold email system using your guide (but in n8n). I recall in other videos you talking briefly about warming up mailboxes. I’d love to hear more in depth about it, and also more deeply about caveats with cold mailing.
Hi Nick I would love to also hear about how to measure your impact, and what’s realistic to promise clients regarding some of the systems you suggest to build, such as cold outreach. Creating an A/B testing framework just for this seems like a waste of time for the client, or like a non-reusable effort for me.
